You will see a newly updated website with Online Banking and new and improved Bill Payments services. Our Mobile App will also be upgraded. Debit card controls will now be available to manage your account via Online Banking or our Mobile App. P2P (Person to Person) payments will also be available for your convenience.

Beginning on Thursday, August 19 and continuing through Monday, August 23, we will be upgrading our software. It is important for you to know that some services relating to Online Banking, Debit and ATM Cards, and Telephone Banking will have periods of interruption as we move from the old software to the new software.

While all the changes are occurring, Commercial Bank of Oak Grove will continue to serve our customers during our regularly scheduled banking hours.

Information You Need to Know

Online Banking  Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from August 19 to August 23. On Monday, August 23 at 9am you will be able to login using your existing username. You will then be prompted to enter a temporary password. The temporary password will be your username plus the last four digits of your social security number. Once you access Online Banking you will be prompted to change your password.

Bill Pay will not be available from August 19 through the morning of August 23. All Bill Pay payee information and scheduled payments will convert. Any payments scheduled during this time will be processed on Monday, August 23.

Mobile Banking users will be required to uninstall the current app and reinstall the new Mobile Banking pp. The new app will be available on Monday, August 23 in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Telephone Banking  Telephone Banking will not be available from August 20 through August 22. Your PIN will reset to the last four digits of your social security number. The Telephone Banking phone number will remain the same at 1-866-452-2664.

Debit Cards  You will soon be receiving a new debit card. Enclosed with the new card will be instructions on how to activate the new card. You will not be able to activate the card until August 18. Please continue to use your existing debit card until the end of the day on August 19. Your old card will become inactive after this date. Balance inquiries will not be available until Monday, August 23. Purchases and withdrawals should not be impacted.

Your new card will be capable of processing via the traditional mag-stripe, the EMV chip, and the latest contactless technology.

Debit card alerts previously set up will NOT convert to the new system. You will, however, have the ability to set up custom debit alerts in the new Online Banking once it is live. You can contact us for assistance if you do not have online banking.

Apps such as Venmo or PayPal will not be available from August 19 through August 23 at 9am.

ATMs  Our ATM will not be available for use on Thursday, August 19 as we will be upgrading our ATM software. Service should be restored by the end of the day.

Statements  The look of your statements will change after the conversion. All customer deposit accounts will receive a statement as of August 19. You will also receive a statement according to your normal statement processing schedule. Interest bearing accounts will receive interest on August 19 when the statement cuts and again according to your normal statement processing schedule.

Loans  Loan numbers will be changing when we convert. Your current loan number will be part of the new, thirteen-digit account number. Transactions presented to Commercial Bank of Oak Grove with the old loan number will be updated to the new loan number.

When the Card arrives in the mail

Your debit card will come in a plain envelope that has instructions to active your card.

For Lost or Stolen Cards

Please contact the bank directly. If after business hours please call 1-866-452-2664. By calling this number, your card will be deactivated to prevent possible fraudulent charges. Make sure you contact the bank the next business day.
Debit card replacement fee is $3.00
